In other words he’s a man who’s experienced a lot in his 75+ years. His culinary talents began as a 6 year-old latch key kid growning up in Southern California, who along with his older brother gained the trust of their single Mom parent to safely survive their own cooking on occasion. That experience grew into a love for cooking that continues to this day.
