PAN-SEARED TURKEY BREAST

 

Cook these amazing turkey cutlets for a delicious recipe that’s also quick and easy! Featuring delicious turkey with a sweet glaze, the whole family will love this dish.

INGREDIENTS 

  • 3 lbs. turkey cutlets
  • Real maple syrup
  • 2 oranges, 2 juiced, 1 zested
  • 1/4 cup butter browned
  • 3 T. Dijon mustard
  • Apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper
DIRECTIONS
  1. Season 3 lbs. turkey cutlets.
  2. In a pan heated with oil, cook turkey cutlets 3 minutes on each side.
  3. When turkey cutlets are cooked, deglaze the pan with apple cider vinegar and save the liquid.
  4. Over a bowl, zest 1 orange.
  5. In the same bowl, juice 2 oranges.
  6. In another pan, melt 1/4 cup butter. Add pan drippings, orange juice, 3 T. Dijon mustard, and maple syrup. Allow sauce to reduce.
  7. In the same pan as the sauce, cook turkey cutlets for a few additional minutes.
  8. Serve and enjoy!
