INGREDIENTS

  • ½ cup butter, softened
  • ½ cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 (7 ounce) jar marshmallow creme
  • 3 (1.55 oz.) milk chocolate bars
  • 1 cup mini-marshmallows
  • ½ cup chopped pecans
  • mini chocolate chips

DIRECTIONS

  1. Beat butter and sugar together in a mixer. Add egg and vanilla.
  2. Add the flour, graham crackers, and baking soda; continue beating.
  3. Place half of the pie crust into a pie pan. To make it a little easier, put butter on your hand so the crust doesn’t get stuck.
  4. Spread marshmallow cream on top of the crust.
  5. Place chocolate pieces, mini-marshmallows, and pecans on top of the cream.
  6. Drop flattened pieces of dough close together on top of pie.
  7. Place in a 350 degree pre-heated oven for 20-25 minutes. Sprinkle chocolate chips on top and bake for another 2 minutes.
  8. Let the pie cool completely before you cut it.
