5-INGREDIENT PEACH COBBLER
This has to be the easiest dessert recipe you’ll ever see.
INGREDIENTS (Serves 8-10)
2 (29 oz.) cans sliced peaches
1 C. milk
1 C. sugar
1 . self-rising flour*
½ C. melted butter
DIRECTIONS
Preheat the oven to 375° and grease a 9×13″ baking pan.
Drain the peaches and arrange them evenly in the prepped pan.
Combine the milk, sugar, and flour; whisk in the butter until blended. Pour the batter evenly over the peaches; don’t stir.
Bake for 40 minutes or until browned and bubbly.
*You can replace the self-rising flour with a combination of 1 C. all-purpose flour, 1½ tsp. baking powder, and ¼ tsp. salt.
